I believe that citizens should have more control over the basic decisions that affect their lives. That includes political decisions. Here’s an opportunity to participate in the political debate. Protocol
A posting must contain the name of the writer and his or her email address. If you want to send a message but do not want it posted, please indicate it on the form. Messages will remain on this site for at least 48 hours. Naturally, I will not agree with everything that is posted and will not be able to comment or respond to all issues raised, but I will read every message and attempt to incorporate all reasonable perspectives into my thinking. Depending on time and the nature of the messages, I will attempt to summarize some of the concerns and provide general commentary on the site. I may also choose to write personal responses or comments to posters that do not appear on the site. We are trying something relatively new in governing, so I hope citizens will understand that the rules may need to be modified as we move along. But our purpose is to provide another forum for ideas, and we trust that citizens will post with this in mind.
